Andrew Wong of Modernarc recently designed and oversaw the remodelling of the lower two storeys and garden of a family home in London. The project involved opening up the rear walls of the building to allow more light in to the basement level, a new open timber stair and an island kitchen and storage.
The main contractor was chosen and engaged by the client.
